Coronavirus Update on the Website
** Due to recent coronavirus-related events, personal protective equipment (PPE), disinfectants and related products are backordered with every major manufacturer. While manufacturers are ramping up production, they are also implementing strict rules that all orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Therefore, we are implementing the same non-cancelable and non-returnable policy for these items. Products not related to personal protective equipment (PPE) and disinfectants will continue to have our flexible return policy.
We will also suspend sales of these products and international orders until they become available. We will resume processing orders as soon as possible.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between Medinet and its partners, on the one hand, and any natural or legal person, on the other, in the course of using the Site.
The Site refers to the website that the User uses at the appropriate time.
User is any legal or natural person who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and is using the Site.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
Out of stock products
We will ship your product when it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any product you have ordered that is out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every effort to ship all products included in the order at the same time. Products that are not available at the time of shipment will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for the products contained in a given shipment, plus applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate indicated on your sales receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may apply to the first product shipped in a multiple shipment order.
Payment – Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Be sure to provide your accurate billing address and phone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will result in a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is shipped.
Payment – Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders for payment. We must approve your organization’s credit terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse credit terms to organizations that do not meet or exceed our credit requirements. Standard purchase order terms are net 30 days. We do not provide credit terms to customers outside of Mexico.
Taxes
Our store is set up to automatically collect and withhold applicable sales tax for all orders.
Warranties
All products shipped are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Product warranty details can be found on the product packaging. If a product does not perform as warranted, contact the manufacturer.
Typographical and Computer Errors
We work very hard to eliminate store errors and provide the most up-to-date product pricing and information. With thousands of products and SKUs, not everything will be 100% perfect. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, computer error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If you believe the price is incorrect after placing an order, please send us your order number and contact information. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve any errors on the site. If we are unable to resolve the situation, we will request that you return the unused, undamaged product to us in the original packaging within 5 business days and we will provide you with a full refund.
Price subject to change without notice
We work with many manufacturers and carry thousands of products. Manufacturers determine when to change prices. Sometimes we receive timely notice of price changes and sometimes we do not. Price updates are an ongoing process and products can be quoted at any time. We will always do our best to update product prices to ensure a quality and reliable experience from our company.
Privacy and content on other websites
Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please refer to each site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.
This store may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are not owned and operated by third parties. We have no control over third party sites and are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through such sites.
