Transportation

Our standard shipping rate is $29.99 for all orders costing less than $199.99. Orders of $200.00 and over, with standard size and weight products, are shipped free of charge.

Our standard shipping rates only apply to standard size, standard weight and non-hazardous material products. Hazardous material products have specific shipping assigned or calculated after the order based on the shipping company’s rate. Products that are oversized, heavy or require freight shipping are excluded from our free shipping offer. Products that are oversized, heavy or require freight shipping are either 1) designated outside of our standard shipping rates and have a specific shipping rate assigned to them shown in the checkout cart or 2) are designated as a product requiring freight shipping. Freight shipping rates are calculated by the freight shipper and are passed through without any markup. Freight shipping is normally calculated based on several variables such as weight, size and others.

We ship items Monday through Friday within 24 hours of payment, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or major Mexican holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider shipping time as an estimate.

To reduce shipping costs and get products to customers as quickly as possible, we ship from many warehouses located in Mexico. Many of our warehouses, logistics companies and manufacturers use specific shippers because of the service they provide in their area. We ask that they use their best method to ship the order as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to use alternative shippers such as the post office, local courier, etc., if we deem it more appropriate for your order. However, you will not be charged any additional fees without first receiving a quote and a request to approve the charge. We have encountered some rare situations where there was only one available shipper delivering to that area and, in that case, we used that carrier. If you have a unique situation, please indicate it in the contact section and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

For international shipments, please note that brokerage fees, customs duties and/or taxes are not included in the stated purchase price. We will always seek your express permission with an explanation of additional charges before applying them to your purchase. Please note that if you discover an error before you receive a purchased item or, upon receipt, determine that an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted, please notify us directly as soon as possible.

Do not refuse delivery at the door of an item that is incorrect or about which you have changed your mind before contacting us first so that we can arrange for the safe return of the inventory. If an order you legitimately placed is refused at the time of delivery, you will be subject to pay the full shipping cost to deliver and return freight plus a 20% restocking fee.

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Medinet Supplies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on

weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please

allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your

order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Returns

As of March 1, 2020, all PPE, disinfectants and coronavirus-related products are non-returnable and non-refundable under our terms of service. These orders are non-cancelable with manufacturers due to high demand.

Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval. If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged or incomplete (missing parts) or is defective due to manufacturing defects, please notify us within 10 days by phone or email to request replacement or refund. If you notify us after 10 days, we may accept the return, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item because it is no longer needed or no longer desired, please contact us within 10 days and, subject to our acceptance, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and you will be refunded the amount, less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fulfillment errors we make that result in incorrect products being shipped to you, will also be accepted for return within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Code within the return period stated above. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not defective or have fulfillment errors.

Please note that if you discover an error prior to receiving a purchased item or, upon receipt, determine that an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted, please notify us directly as soon as possible. Certain items cannot be returned. Custom manufactured items, items requiring refrigeration during shipping, any product exposed to blood and/or other bodily fluids that may be infectious or contagious. Contact us if you have any questions about specific products.

Certain items cannot be returned if opened or used. Any item that may be potentially infectious or contagious after use cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin care products, incontinence briefs and pads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes and related items.
